These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the website kyora-22.myshopify.com, operated under the brand name KYØRA.
By placing an order on our website, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the rights and obligations of KYØRA and its customers in connection with the online sale of products, including suitcases, travel bags, and travel accessories.
The products offered are intended for consumers and, where expressly indicated, for professional customers.
3. Products
KYØRA takes the utmost care in the presentation and description of its products.
The photographs, illustrations, and descriptions on the website are intended to present the products as faithfully as possible.
However, slight variations may exist, particularly due to:

4. Price

However, the price applicable to an order is the one displayed at the time of validation of that order.
5. Order
To place an order, the customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their cart.
Before confirming the order, the customer can check and modify the entered information.
The order becomes final after its validation and payment confirmation, subject to applicable legal provisions.
A confirmation email may be sent to the address provided by the customer.
6. Payment
The available payment methods are indicated at the time of order.

KYØRA does not necessarily store complete credit card data used for payment.
In case of refusal or failure of payment, the order may not be validated or may be suspended until regularization.
7. Availability
Products are offered within the limits of available stock.
In case of exceptional unavailability after the order, KYØRA will inform the customer as soon as possible and may propose, depending on the circumstances:

The indicated times are estimates unless a mandatory deadline is expressly agreed upon.
The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
9. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the regulations applicable to distance contracts, the consumer generally has a period of 10 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.
For a sale of goods, the 10-day period generally begins to run from the day the consumer, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, the customer must inform KYØRA of their decision to withdraw before the deadline expires.

The customer may use the withdrawal form available at the end of these General Terms and Conditions, but the use of this form is not mandatory.
10. Product return
After communicating their decision to withdraw, the customer must return the product in accordance with the instructions provided by KYØRA.
The product must be handled only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.
The customer may be held responsible for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to verify the product.
Products must, as far as possible, be returned with their accessories, elements, and original packaging.
11. Return costs
Unless otherwise indicated by KYØRA or a contrary legal provision, the direct return costs associated with exercising the right of withdrawal are borne by the customer.
When the return is made due to a defective, non-conforming, or damaged product before its receipt, the rules applicable to the legal warranty and consumer rights apply.
12. Refund
In case of valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, KYØRA will refund the amounts due in accordance with the applicable regulations.
The refund may be made using the same payment method as that used during the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
The refund may be deferred until the product is recovered or until the customer provides proof of its shipment, the date taken being the first of these events, in accordance with applicable rules.
Standard delivery costs initially paid may be refunded in accordance with applicable regulations. Any additional costs resulting from the choice of a more expensive delivery method than standard delivery are not necessarily refundable.
13. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Certain situations provided for by law may lead to an exclusion or limitation of the right of withdrawal.
When such an exception is applicable to a product, it will be indicated before the conclusion of the sale.
14. Legal warranty
Consumers benefit from the legal warranty applicable to consumer goods.
For new products, the legal warranty is generally 2 years from the delivery of the goods in Belgium.
